- My husband and I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area now. We moved here over 3 years ago from Austin to finish our degrees. I have finished mine, but we are still waiting for him to get finished. We have about 2 more years to go. I am currently unemployed due to the economy and being pregnant looking for a job doesn't go that well together. Mike has a great job and is attending school part time. We are going to have our first child around June 28th. It's a boy and his name will be Dylan. We are both very excited. We miss our family and friends back in Austin, so I figured this blog could help them keep up with us and Dylan when he gets here.
