Mike standing up in the wedding..
Well, I'm one week away from my due date!! I can't believe I am this close FINALLY. :)
I go to my next dr apt on Thursday and see if anything has changed and also officially schedule my induction for Sunday/Monday. I'm so excited but also soo nervous!! I just hope the induction works and I hope that everything goes ok. I know I'm going to be a nervous wreck on Sat night.
Well we had a good weekend, had a lot going on. Friday we left here about 11:00 and headed to Austin for a wedding that Mike was in. I wasn't going to go but I figured I would rather be around my family and friends than be by myself here. The drive down was VERY uncomfortable. This one spot on my back hurts all of the time and it killed me all the way for 3 hours. We stopped in Waco so I could walk around for a minute which felt better, but I was just miserable. We FINALLY got in and hit traffic on lovely I35. It was only 2:00 when we got in town and traffic was already stopped near downtown! It's so weird though, Austin traffic doesn't make me panic or anything like Dallas traffic does, not sure why. So we got to the wedding site just in time for when Mike had to be there. He didn't even get a chance to try on the tux before the wedding, so we had to pray it fit. Unfortunately his jacket was HUGE and his pants were too short so he had to sag them on his butt so they wouldn't look like he was waiting for a flood. But it didn't look too bad I guess. Oh and the colors were brown and pink, so he had to wear a pink tie. My husband does not wear pink!! hehe. He was not happy, but I thought it was cute. :) So I went back to the house to nap and see my dad and sister for alittle while before I had to go back out to the wedding. It was great to see them both. The wedding was nice, it was outside though so it was HOT!! We stayed until about 11:00, I was so surprised I lasted that long, I was so tired and my feet were killing me!! I finally said babe, we have to go! So we went home and he passed out asap while I sat up talking to my parents for a few mins.
The next morning we got up and took our dad's to breakfast for Father's Day. It was so yummy!! I love some breakfast tacos. Then we headed back. Another LONG 3 hours home. I took a pillow from my parents house so it wasn't as bad, but I was still just so uncomfortable. That night we just chilled out and watched some movies, didn't do a whole lot. Sunday we woke up and I went walking. Man, the walk hurt. I had so many pains and weird cramps, I was alittle worried, but I had my phone on me incase anything happened. It's getting harder to walk these days, but I'm going to walk as long as I can!
well that's about it. I'll update on Thursday after my apt in the morning. :) I'm so excited.
