I can't believe we only have about 4 1/2 weeks left!! I have started to pack more of my hospital bag which is exciting. It's a bit overwhelming though having to sterilize everything, wash everything in special detergent, etc. I have done 3 loads so far and then find something else that I need to wash, so I have to do another one! I also started to go through the breast pump last night. Man, that thing could have been a brew your own beer machine and I wouldn't have known any different. I laid everything out on the table and just stared at it for a few mins to see what in the heck to do with it all, hoping maybe it would all magically put itself together. I finally got on their website and looked at a few directions. It was still pretty confusing. I'm like what in the heck does this do? Mike was just laughing and trying to tell me where he thought things went. This whole breast feeding part I think is going to be the hardest thing for me, but I'm sure I'll work through it. I think I feel so much pressure to do it that it's making me alittle nervous about it. So I'm just going to give it a good try and if it doesn't work for me, it doesn't work. I won't give up easily though.
Feeling more uncomfortable this week. I was changing last night and Mike saw my stomach and goes DANG STOMACH!!! I was like ok normally I would have thrown something at you by now, your lucky I'm pregnant and that doesn't offend me much. hehe. I guess my stomach has grown this week. You can see all the veins in it, it's HOT!!! :) No stretch marks though so far, so that's good. Well aside from the few I already had from when I was younger and gained like 30 lbs in 3 months because of all the beer and late night taco cabana. hehe. My back is starting to hurt pretty bad though and walking is getting alittle more challenging. I only walked twice last week, but I guess I'm lucky I'm still doing it at all! I have done pretty good up to about 2 weeks ago, it has slowed down since then. I'm just hoping it will help with labor and with getting my body back after he's here. I have my next dr apt on Monday!! We are SOO excited because we get to have an ultrasound to see how big he is and how he's positioned and stuff. So excited!! I also get to do a Strep test which I have read is TONS of fun. Just kidding. She said she doesn't start checking me until I'm 38 weeks, but Monday I'm going to say, hey, while your there can you go ahead and check me? hehe.
Here's a funny thing for you to picture. So i'm planning this bachelor party for this weekend right? Well I'm trying to find funny things for the guy to wear or have to do and stuff. I walked into Spencers gifts. How funny is it to see an almost 9 month pregnant lady walk in asking for blow up dolls and boob cake pans?? hehe. I'm sure he was like ok lady, your a freak!! I am having a hard time finding anything for bachelor parties. They get the short end of the stick. They had a whole row dedicated to bachelorette parties but nothing for bachelor parties. So I got a 3 inch blow up doll he has to carry with him all night and I made my first boob cake yesterday. ok, so it was more like a boob cake gone bad, but you could sortof tell what it was. It was just a trial run, I'm doing the real deal today. Mike took one look at it yesterday though and just laughed. Hey, i'm not claiming to be betty crocker here. Which I'm sure betty crocker never made a boob cake either! :)
Anyways, things are good...just ready for him to be here already. I know this next 4 weeks or whatever is going to creep by! Mike leaves on Sat morning for Louisiana, that makes me alittle nervous, but I'm sure it will be fine. I'm off to go walk my other babies and get started on my day.

Introducing the deer
Mike finally picked up his deer over the weekend that he got when him and his dad went hunting. I have it covered up because I hate looking at it and it makes me sad! hehe. he is going to put it up in the garage but hasn't had time yet. So we introduced the deer to the dogs this weekend. it was pretty funny. We didn't get a lot, but we got some. They barked at it and would not leave it alone after we covered it back up. They didn't know what to think!! Sam kept trying to creep up on it and you can see Gunner behind Mike trying to get to it from that angle.
Busy Weekend
Well, let's see...where to begin. Friday night Mike and I went to see Star Trek. For someone who has never once see an episode of the tv show or ever been even remotely interested in seeing an episode, it was really darn good! There was tons of action and it was pretty good. I thought that I would miss a lot of things and not understand them since I don't know the history of it, but I knew just about everything that was going on. Mike had to tell me who a few people were and stuff, but other than that, I was really impressed with it. It was about 2 1/2 hours long though, so I had to get up about 3 times because my legs were falling asleep. And the chairs were killing my back!! So that was the only hard part. After that, we got home and Mike was subjected to another one of my stupid girly movies that should not have ever been made in the first place! I mean I was thinking it would be cute. It was about a girl and a guy that are married, then she gets pregnant and it was supposed to be about all the ups and downs of her pregnancy and stuff. Well that's not really what it was about at all, it was pretty bad. Then we went to bed since we had a LONG class the next day.
So then Saturday we had our childbirth class. It was about a 6 hour class. We were excited about it but also dreading it because it was so dang long. There were only about 6 couples in the class so it wasn't very big at all. We learned a lot of good stuff and got to ask a lot of questions. We both REALLY could have done without the videos at the beginning though. They showed 3 videos. The first one, the lady didn't have any drugs at all, the second, she was induced, and the third had an epidural. The only thing these videos did was make me even more nervous and panicky about the delivery. I started to get really short breathed and started to feel a panic attack coming on slowly. Just seeing the pain these women were going though and then seeing the baby come out at the end, I could have done without that part! hehe. Plus these videos were done in like 1980, so the dad had a nice mullet kickin and all. It was pretty amusing but informative and disgusting all at the same time!! Mike was of course the class clown as always. Well him and this other guy. This other couple sat in front of us, we became friend with them. Mike and this guy were the "funny ones" of the group. So the teacher asked if any of the men wanted to see what it felt like to be this pregnant (all of the women were about a week before or after me). So of course Mike says I'll try it out. So he tried on the stomach that was filled with sugar and stuff. He put it on and said, "it's not that bad" all the women were like BOO!!! hehe. I said yeah but you had it on for like what a minute!!! hehe. I posted a few pics of him trying it out. it was pretty funny.
Oh and another funny thing happend while we were in the class. The night before when we had gone to see the movie, I REFUSE to pay $5 for some popcorn, plus it's all buttery and so bad for you, so I always bring in my own popcorn. I know I'm cheap and horrible, but I don't care, I feel better about eating it and it's free!! So I took everything out of my purse and put a few bags in and we ate in at the movie, worked out great. So during class the teacher was like man, it really smells like popcorn in here all of the sudden!! Haha, Mike and I just started dying laughing. We could not stop. I didn't want to say, oh that's just my purse since I'm too cheap to buy movie popcorn I brought in my own! haha. It was pretty funny. So we finished the class and we were glad we took it.

So after the class we had a lot to do!! we had some people coming over to watch the UFC fight at our house. So we had to clean and go to the store, plus I was soo sleepy. This 3rd trimester fatigue has definitely set in, I'm so tired a lot. So we got home and cleaned then went to the store. Everyone showed up about 8:00 and we all ate, drank (well they did) and watched the fights. It was fun to hang out with everyone. One of his friends brought his dog, him and Sam just played and played until they couldn't play any more. It was pretty funny.
Then Sunday we woke up, had breakfast and then did some things around the house until we had to be at the hospital for our tour. We showed up and there was another family coming out of the elevator and said that the tour had been cancelled. We were like what? no way! So we all (plus another couple that showed up) went and thought if we all went together, maybe they would change their minds. They had a sign out that said that the next tour was June 18th, we were like geez, that's only a week or so away from my due date!! So as we were standing there, 2 other couples showed up. The nurse then felt bad and said wow, Ok, I guess I'll go ahead and give you guys the tour since there are so many of you. Then while we were waiting, 2 more couples showed up. So it all worked out great. We had a great tour. The rooms were actually pretty darn nice. The hospital is newer, so the rooms were a good size and very clean. it was so weird though. There was NOONE there. I mean noone. I would rather it be like that than pregnant women screaming everywhere but it was just weird. So we had our tour and then went home to nap. Well I napped and Mike went to home depot where he bought even more plants. He's growing his own garden. I have to say that I'm pretty impressed. He's growing tomatoes, spinach, zucchini, jalapenos, cantalope, bellpeppers and a few other things. I'm glad one of us is into this kinda stuff. :) So soon enough we will be able to just go out back and pick some veggies, plus they are healthier for us.
So then Monday comes around and we actually have NOTHING to do today. Mike is off since it's Memorial Day. So I'm like, lets go to the trails I found that one time in Grapevine and walk around. So we headed to Grapevine. I was soo sleepy but knew I needed to get out of the house! But we got to the trails and we had to pay like $10 to get in, I guess because it was memorial Day. We didn't have any cash on us, so I was like, lets just go to downtown and walk around. So we did. It was fun but started to get pretty hot. We took a few funny pics from this one store we went into. These shirts were hillarious.

Things are getting busy
This week has been pretty busy for us with baby stuff. Monday we had our infanct cpr and safety class, Tuesday I had my dr. apt, yesterday we met with an in home daycare lady, tomorrow we have our childbirth class ALL DAY and then SUnday we tour the hospital. Phew!! hehe. I guess I could have spread it out alittle better. :) Atleast Mike isnt' in school right now, I think that's why I did it that way.
So, we met with the in home daycare lady. We are split 50/50 on if we think we will take him there or not. We still have some research to do on her. She was really nice and had a nice home. She had a few issues we were concerned about. She has a dog, he's very very very friendly and we have 3 dogs anyways. It's not that the dog will be around Dylan, but I don't even trust my own dogs around my baby alone. I just want to make sure the dog won't be in the nursery with him alone or anything. I mean I want Dylan to grow up around dogs and loving dogs as much as Mike and I do, but not when he's a baby. I asked her if the dog is in there and she said that he wonders in every now and then but she will shew him out. He's a sweet sweet old dog, but you just never know what dogs are thinking, you never know what can happen. So we might ask her about that again. So another thing is that she is in a court battle with her grand kids. They had a drug addict mom, so the aunt took care of them who abused them. So this lady came in and took them out of her home and got custody of them. The aunt is trying to ruin her reputation as a daycare and post a lot of bad comments about her and stuff. I only know that part because I read tons of good reviews about her and one bad one. I asked her about it and she said it was the aunt and she has really put a damper on her business from the bad review but that we can call this person or this person to see the real situation and that she actually is saving these kids from an abusive home, not the one doing it. So while I respect her for taking them out of that situation and raising them, It still scares me having that situation going on while my kid is around. I asked her if they ever came to the house, or if she felt like they would ever do anything? She said no, but I'm sure she wouldn't say yes. So, this is a big one for us. This lady has been in business for 20 years and has only one bad review, which is the aunt, so it's hard for us to say no because of this one person, but it's still very scary! She would be about $330 less a month for us which is a big difference, but of course, no amount of money is worth our child being in danger. So, this is a tough one for us. We got about 5 names as references from her book that we are going to call. She is also certified in everything!! which is great. So, we are going to think about it and get back to her. Mike wants to see the Children's Courtyard (where we will be taking him if we don't take him here) and see how he feels about it. We just don't want Dylan to be sick every other day too. I know that happens when kids are in daycare, so we have a lot to think about. I'm sure anywhere I have to leave him, I'll be nervous!! :)
I am excited about our chidlbirth class tomorrow. it's so long though! I hope we get lots of breaks. I just hope I learn a thing or two from it. My main fear is panicking when everything starts to happen, so I'm hoping this will teach me how to remain calm. haha, yeah right. I'm sure it will all go out the window at the time. :)
Mike got his new suv. It's really nice. He is hesitant on raising it up as far as we discussed though. He just likes it low. I guess I'm learning to realize that guys who like fast cars and guys who like ghetto cars are pretty similiar. hehe. Guys who like fast cars like them low because it makes the car faster, which also can make it look ghetto a bit. We finally agreed that he raise it up almost an inch. It's not as low as his truck though, so that's good. I do have to admit too, it's really nice. I drove it home from Dallas the other night when we got stuck in an hour worth of stopped traffic at 10:00 at night (ugh, hate dallas!). It drives really smooth and is SO nice inside. it really is a nice suv. he really likes it, so that's good. Plus our payments are lower each month which is great too!!
Oh and Mike did GREAT on his classes. I'm so proud of him. He got great grades this semester. I decorated the house with congrats signs and way to go posters last night when he got home. and got him a cheesecake that says "you're #1" on it. Aren't I a good wife? haha. He liked it. I just wanted to show him that his hard work paid off and to keep pushing on so we can get him graduated!!
We have SO much to do this weekend. The list is forever long, but that's fine, keeps us busy!
Well, I'm off to the store and to run some other errands for the day. :)

34 weeks and 2 days
Well I'm 34 weeks and 2 days, so less than 6 weeks to go! yeah!! Mike and I had our infant cpr and safety class last night. We both learned a lot, I was glad we took the class. We didn't crack up as much as the breast feeding class luckily, but we did a few times. We were working with a little manikin baby and were going over what to do if the baby chokes. I was so happy to learn this because I had no idea!! We had to practice on it and turn it over and slap it on the back 5 times, etc. Mike was hitting this thing like he was killing it. I was like dang dude, we aren't trying to slap out his lungs!! hehe. It's not a roach Mike!! hehe. But we did learn a lot and I feel better now.
I had another dr apt this morning. It went as usual but she mentioned a few other exciting things to me. She said that it felt like he is head down and at this point won't be moving anymore, so that's great! We don't have to worry about him being breach or anything. She was pushing SO hard on my stomach to try and feel if he was head down though, I was like geez louise, easy on him! hehe. So then she said at my next apt, in 2 weeks, we get to see another ultrasound where they will measure how big he is and confirm he's head down and all of that good stuff. She also said that she thinks he's about 5 lbs now. Yeah!! He's going to be a healthy baby by the time it all happens. I said well everyone keeps telling me I'm not huge or anything for being this far along and she said that he seems very long, so he will more than likely be tall and skinny. :) awww I can't wait to see him!!! She then started going over the things I need to watch out for which will mean I'm in labor. So that was exciting too because that means it's getting close. I think that's the most she has ever talked to me! hehe. I felt priveledged to be in there for more than 5 mins this time! :) So it went great. I can not wait to see the ultrasound though, I'm so excited.
So we have less than 6 weeks to go!!! Again i'm not sure what I'm going to do if he still hasn't come out when my due date gets here since she will be on vacation for like 11 days like 2 days after my due date!! She said "we will be sure and get that baby out before I leave." I'm not 100% sure what she meant, I think she meant that she will induce me if he hasn't come out yet, but i wasn't for sure if i wanted that. I really don't want another dr though, so more than likely we will schedule the induction if he's not out yet. So hopefully he will come out natrually on his own before that!! :)
here is me at 34 weeks and 2 days!! :) less than 6 weeks to go!! yeah!!!!!

It's been awhile...
Well let's see, what a busy weekend we had! I babysat our friends little boy again all day on Friday. he is about 18 months I think. He is a really good baby but he's at that age where he's walking great and getting into EVERYTHING!! Our house isn't baby proof yet so I had to watch him like a hawk. A few times I took my eye off of him to go to the bathroom or do something and let's see, once I found him eating dog food from kramer's bowl on the floor, another time trying to climb on our glass coffee table and another almost inside our cabinets. I was like oh goodness, what a horrible baby sitter I am!! hehe. It was hard though being pregnant and not having to go to the restroom 5 times while he's here. It was fun, but I was worn out when he left. :) Then, we drove to Austin as soon as Mike got home to baby sit my nephew, who is about 3 1/2. We had to take my honda and having 3 dogs and a pregnant woman in a honda, when we got there I felt like we were in one of those clown cars that have like 20 people come out of one car or something. haha. It was pretty amusing. The dogs did great though. We turned down the a/c really cold and they slept the whole way!! We finally made it to Austin about 9:30 to relieve my parents so they could rest for a few days while we watched Parker. (they watched him wed - fri).
We racked out soon after we got there though, we were tired! Parker woke up about 7am and was asking for his nana (my mom) since she was the last one there when he went to sleep. I said uncle mike and aunt jill are here to play with you for a few days. After he saw Mike, he was happy, they have a good time together. So we did the regular routine and had breakfast and a short video while we could wake up and stuff. So we got in the car and Parker said "I want to hear womaniza" He LOVES the song by Britney Spears "womanizer". So I said ok, let me try and find it. My sisters car was confusing though because there were numbers like 1,2,3,4,5 on top with a place for cds to go. So we were pushing those numbers thinking that changed the cd. We did this for like 5 mins and the whole time he was saying "not this song, not this song, not this song, womaniza, wominaza!! Mike and I were like "we are trying!!!!" hehe. Finally, I saw that there was another cd changer on the bottom with more numbers for the cd's. He was over it by that point though and wanted veggie tales instead. So we are driving in the pouring rain to get to the museum. He has been there a lot (but they had other exhibits) and he knew where it was and what the building looked like. If anyone knows downtown Austin, or I guess any down town, it's hard to find a parking place! We weren't about to pay $10 to park either. I guess he's used to my sister maybe paying the money and parking close, he's not used to his cheap uncle and aunt! haha. So we had to drive around for about 10 mins looking for a place to park while he's yelling, "why are you still driving?? we passed it, stop stop" over and over. It was so funny. Mike and I were cracking up. I kept saying, we need to find a parking spot and he just kept asking "why are we still driving". He kept pointing at the pay lots and I just said uncle mike and aunt Jill aren't willing to pay money to park there, sorry. haha. Anyways, he had a BLAST at the museum. We got soaked going to the place and coming from it though because it was pouring!! The museum was pretty neat though. he was like a bull in a china closet running from each exhibit, slamming things around then running to the next station. We had to literally run after him. It was fun though!! here are a few pics of the museum.

Uncle mike and him changing a capital metro tire on one station. :)

Mike asked him if he could put his legs behind his head. hehe
This was after running through the rain after the museum.
Playing in the rain on the playground.

Riding his new bike that Sunday at nana's house.

So after the museum we headed to lunch at Waterloo Ice House to have a burger. They had a playground too but it was pouring. I mean it poured all day long. He did really good at the restaurant though and then they played in the rain on the playground. By this point it was about 2:30 and we knew he was getting alittle sleepy because he was starting to get alittle cranky. So we headed back to the house and said it's quiet time and he needed to go take a nap. He did not like that and started crying and stuff. So we made him go upstairs and play by himself for alittle bit, he didn't have to take a nap, but they are trying to teach him how to play by himself, so we just said go upstairs and play for alittle bit. So for about 45 mins he played and we layed down. After that he still hadn't had a nap. We said lets go ride your bike. So he got on his bike and it was fun for about 10 mins then his sleepiness set in and he was a big grumpy bear. He wouldn't let us walk in front of him, he had to be in front and then he kept trying to ride in the street. I would have to stop him from doing that of course and he didn't like that at all. So he through a huge tantrum, we knew it was because he was tired though. But we made him sit in time out where he fell asleep, poor thing. He slept for about 30 mins. It was like 6:00 by this point so we didn't want him to sleep too long since his bed time was in about 2 1/2 hours, so we went upstairs and he woke up and was still pretty grumpy, but we ate dinner and gave him a bath then we read books and he went to sleep. he was out!! So overrall, it went good with a few kinks, but he's at that age, so we expected a few fights. He's adorable though and it was a good learning experience for us. :) Here are a few other pics...

Mike asked him if he could put his legs behind his head. hehe

Riding his new bike that Sunday at nana's house.
Then Sunday, we woke up and Mike and I took our mom's to a nice brunch for Mothers Day since we weren't here. Then we headed to Mike's parents lake house. They have been doing a TON of work on it and wanted us to see it. It was really nice. It looked so different and just looked beautiful!! It was so peaceful out there. Then we headed out and finally got home about 5:30. It was sooo good to be home! I was worn out like you wouldn't believe.

YEAH!!!!!
We got some great news today FINALLY!! USAA called us back and said after re evaluating Mike's truck, they are going to give us $22,650 now!! instead of only $14K!!! We only owe $20,800 on it, so that will even give us more leftover to put a good alarm on the next one and plus some. How exciting!! Mike's hard work paid off. He did a bunch of research and talking to so many people about getting them to re evaluate it and it worked!! We are so happy now that this all worked out and we aren't getting totally screwed!! :) Anyways, just had to share the good news.
Never ending 10 months....
I'm not complaining, I'm really not. I'm just having that feeling lately that I have been pregnant for 5 years now!! I hear it happens and you start feeling alittle anxious towards the end. I sure am feeling that now!! I'm sure if I had a job and was busier, it would be different, but being home so much is making it drag out the past few weeks. I am helping Mike plan a bachelor party for his friend for the end of this month. How good of a wife am I?? I think i'm just using it as an excuse to keep me busy though. I had to write up an email yesterday to send to the guys that are going and had to make it sound manly and not too detailed. hehe. So they don't know I'm the one planning this whole thing! Mike isn't even the best man and he's planning and throwing this whole thing. I think the best man lost his job and just isn't that involved in it all so the guy whose getting married sortof asked Mike to take over. I said i'm fine with that as long as we don' thave to pay for everything. I mean we aren't in the place to do that either!! So they are coming here Friday night and staying the night to go out and then Saturday heading to Lousiana for some fishing and gambling, etc. So I'm hoping I can find something to do on Friday instead of be here when a bunch of drunk guys come home! hehe.
I put up the play yard yesterday which will go next to our bed for the first few months I guess. I put it together in the nursery then after I was done, I realized it was too big to fit through the door. So now I get to take it all back down and put it all back up to put it in our room. hehe. Oh well. good practice since we will be taking it with us out of town and stuff. Feeling good this week though, not sleeping very well, but it's ok. I better get used to not sleeping through the night now. :)
Mike is finally done with finals!! Thank goodness. We have so much we need to do but it has been put on hold until he finished, so we have some stuff to do this weekend when we get back from Austin. I want to get the nursery all finished up, which means just putting up more shelves and fixing the letters on the wall (they aren't even). So we don't have a lot more to do. Then everyone is telling me that I need to start a bag for the hospital. I don't think he will come WAY early or anything so I have been putting it off, but I guess I better atleast start on it, never know for sure. I'm just SOO ready for things to get moving. I'm getting anxious about the delivery when I know I shouldn't be yet. I just hope I can handle it! hehe. My dr hasn't even asked me about my birth plan, like if i want drugs or anything. I guess we will discuss that in the next few weeks. I hope atleast!!

Are we mature enough for a baby??
I guess we are, I mean we are 30 and 32 years old so you would think so. But last night in Breastfeeding class we sure acted like a bunch of 15 year olds everytime we saw a boob! haha. I swear half the class I was crying from laughing so hard because Mike kept making comments in my ear about things that were on the video or just little funny comments. We were sitting in a U shape and were at the very end so everyone could clearly see us. She gave us fake babies to try and hold correctly to breastfeed and Mike whispered to me "don't be the one that actually pulls out a boob." HAHA, man I cracked up so hard. It was killing me to not be able to laugh. Then this woman on the video was saying something and we thought she said something completely different, man what a class. I saw enough boobs last night though to last me for awhile. We also received this great handout of what your babies poop will look like throughout the first week. Mike and I made the mistake of bringing in dinner (subway so not like a 4 course dinner or anything, hehe), so we are trying to eat as we are looking at pictures of black and a nice shade of green poo. Lovely. :) I only finished half of my avacado sandwich to say the least. :)
I just hope I can do this breastfeeding thing, if it wasn't so good for Dylan, I wouldn't be doing it, but there are just so many benefits, that I have to atleast give it a good try. Plus it's free and the situation that we are about to be in with his truck, Free is awesome!! I did learn a lot though, I just hope I can do it for Dylan's sake.

More bad news
So the insurance company called today to let us know that they will be giving us $14K for Mike's truck that was stolen. Well, that's great but we owe $20K!! We looked at the blue book value and it said like $19,500 so we were expecting about what we owe. We have absolutely no clue what we are going to do now. It is looking like we will be paying on a truck that we no longer own until it's paid off. I just can't believe after more than 7 years with USAA and having cc's, insurance, loans etc through them, they treat us like this. What a let down. So this pretty much means no new car for Mike and one car between the both of us for awhile until we figure out what we are going to do. What a great Monday. Can't we catch a break every now and then??
So tired
Goodness. I feel like I am back in my first trimester again. I am SO dang tired all of the time. I don't know if it's because I'm not sleeping very well througout the night or what but I am just tired all of the time now. I am still trying to be good about my walking but all I want to do is sleep these days. I have no motivation to do anything. I'm just glad the nauseated feeling hasn't come back from the first trimester(knock on wood), that was the part I hated most.
Well our weekend was pretty uneventful, Mike had to study all weekend for his finals this week. Friday night was sortof his night off though, so he came home and just wanted to chill out for the night, then get up early and start studying. So we watched a few movies and headed to bed pretty early, which was fine with me since I was ready for bed by about 4! hehe. Then Saturday we got up and went to Starbucks and had some breakfast and coffee (decaf for me) and chatted for a bit. Then for the rest of the day he studied his butt off, until we went and test drove that trailblazer SS, which was pretty darn nice. But for most of the day I had to try and find things to do. I finally decided that I would take the dogs to the big field behind the house by myself and let them run. I couldn't handle all 3 though so I just took Sam and Gunner. It started off good until I pulled off of our street and the tail gate flyes open on me, I guess I didn't close it good enough. So I had to hurry up and pull over and close it without getting hit by other cars or before the dogs could run out and that would not be good! So I got it closed. I decided to drive into the area this time because they have the roads up now, so I pulled into the empty subdision and I look back and Sam is rolling on the ground! He had jumped out of the truck while I was still driving and just rolled like a rag doll. I couldn't believe he did this. I made sure he was ok, then spanked him. hehe. He was fine though, he is so dang floppy he just rolled around a bit. I wasn't going that fast luckily, but still geez, crazy dog! So they had a good run and swim and then I went home and cleaned the house and puttered for a bit. Mike was burnt out by about 6:30 so we went and grabbed some dinner then watched a few more movies. Oh goodness, this one movie we got was a spanish made movie or something. It's like it was originally in spanish but they wanted to make it in english too, because it was THAT good or something! haha! umm no. I mean they had this spanish woman in it and a white girl's voice! It was like really, you couldn't find anyone that maybe had a spanish accent or something that could remotely look like she was the one talking. It was like enrique inglesias in the movie and brad pitt talking. It was weird. So the words didn't match up with what they were saying. It was FABULOUS! My A.D.D kicked in full force by the first 10 mins and I was on Mike's laptop looking on my baby website. He was all into it though. It was horrible. Then we watched Second Chance Harvey and it was boring as heck too, so I was like lets just go to bed. Mike didn't really want to, but he was like ok fine whatever. I think it was like 10:00! :) Then Sunday was another boring day pretty much. Mike studied all day and I was lazy. It was pretty funny, a few times Mike would take a small break and come in and pester Dylan. Dylan would kick him from my stomach and move around and stuff. Mike was getting a kick out of feeling him move around and things. So weird. Overrall it was a good weekend but boring as all heck.
So here we are today and it's raining AGAIN!! I'm so so sick of this rain and this gloomy weather. I didn't sleep well last night again and so after Mike left, I went back to sleep for a bit. I told Mike I was still so tired since I didn't sleep well and he said "well because your like Shamu at night all flopping around in the water or something" I was like WHAT? No you did not just compare your pregnant wife to Shamu the freaking WHALE!!! he said I just mean you toss and turn over and over and you move the whole bed and it's all dramatic each time. I was still like wow babe, you sure know how to make me feel beautiful comparing me to a whale right now! hehe. If I didn't already know that he sticks his foot in his mouth all of the time like that, I wouldn't be so happy! It's better than the time he said "babe, I don't want a skinny woman, that's why I married you!!" Wow, I feel so special now Mike thanks. haha. He means well but he is always saying things like that. Silly man. but I love him. :)
Well i'm off to be jobless and 33 weeks pregnant which means lay on the couch until I can finally talk myself into walking. :)

Mike's possible new ride
They called on Friday to say they found Mike's truck!! he was like REALLY??? The detective said, yeah but it was only the dash that was found!! Since there is a vin number on the dash, they couldn't use that part, so they used a blow torch and took it out and dumped it. So that pretty much tells us what happend to the rest of the truck!! It's in pieces. So it was a bit depressing but that means we can finally go ahead with the insurance paper work to get him a new one. We went and test drove this suv on Saturday. It was REALLY nice, this guy kept up with it really really well. Immediately the only things I saw were that it was too low. I don't want a ghetto ride! hehe. So we talked to the guy and it easily can be raised up, Mike can even do it. So we will raise it up a bit and the windows are like illegally tented so dark so we have to get those lightened which doesn't cost much. Other than that, this thing was pretty dang nice and fast!! We have to wait until monday to make sure that insurance will be paying us atleast what we owe for his truck and then we can proceed with the new one. Hopefully he doesn't sell it by that point!!

Almost another week down
Well it's Friday which means almost another week closer to June!! :) This week has been the slowest week in history. I think becuase I haven't had a lot to do around the house, I have just been alittle bored this week.
Last night I was cooking dinner and all of the sudden started getting really crampy on my right lower side of my stomach. It was not comfortable at all. This wasn't the Braxton Hicks contractions that women have throughout the pregnancy, I know what those feel like, it was a bad cramping feeling, like they say real contractions are supposed to feel like. Then it moved to my lower back, and I hear that's exactly what contractions do, so I was a bit nervous. I had to lay on the couch and Mike rubbed my back for about 10 mins, it was not fun, but all of the sudden it went away and I was fine. I guess maybe it's my body's way of getting prepared for real labor or something. If it happened again or didn't go away then I would have called the dr, but I read that it can happen, so I wasn't too worried. I just didn't want it to happen again, it's way too early for that. I feel like my stomach is getting soooo heavy though. When I sleep, it's just uncomfortable because I feel like my stomach is so huge and stretching! I'm pretty sure his head is down because I can feel it really really low when he gets the hiccups which is about twice a day. I just hope he stays head down from now on :)
So we had a meeting set up with this in home daycare woman. We have been trying to meet up with her for the past few weeks but she had some kids out sick so we had to reschedule. So finally we were getting to meet with her today and I just got an email from her saying that one of the mom's just told her that she is expecting, so now she will have no more room for another infant. So that's lovely, back to the drawing board I guess to find another one. I'm alittle nervous about in home day cares as it is, but there are so many around here, I guess I can keep looking and it doesn't hurt to meet with them atleast. I guess the problem I'm finding is that they can only watch so many so most of them don't really have the room for newborns. Oh well, we will see what happens.
We have our breastfeeding class on Monday, Mike is pretty excited about that. haha. just kidding. They say men are encouraged to go, but he has a big final on Wed morning, so I'm not sure if he will or not, his school is more important right now. Then next weekend we head to Austin to watch my nephew for the weekend. I'm excited to spend some time with him even though Mike will have to do most of the entertaining since my energy is pretty limited these days. :) Then Sunday I'm hoping to take my mom and mike's mom to a nice brunch for Mother's Day since we won't be there this weekend. Hopefully it will all play out ok.
Well, the sun is out for the first time in 2 weeks, so I'm going to get out of the house and do some errands. Until next time....
